GridTier Media LLC is a Nevada limited liability company operating as GridTier, a local SEO firm working with service businesses across the United States. We're not a faceless shop outsourcing work overseas — the people who scope your project are the people who do it.
Who we are.
GridTier was built around a specific, unglamorous problem: most local businesses are invisible a few miles from their own front door, and most of them have no way to tell whether the money they spend on marketing is fixing that.
So we do two things. We fix the local search signals that actually determine visibility — the Business Profile, the website, the citations, the ongoing content and review activity. And we document every bit of it, so a client can look at a work log and a rank scan instead of taking our word for it.
A member of our own team runs your onboarding call and your results call. Not a sales rep, not a rotating "success manager."

The way we run things.
Documented, not described
Every task — pages built, citations submitted, posts published, reviews answered — is logged and timestamped in a client dashboard as it happens. If it isn't in the log, it didn't happen.
Measured against a baseline
We scan the full service area before any work begins, so every later scan is a comparison rather than a claim. Reporting is written in plain English, not agency vocabulary.
Clients own their assets
Websites we build are exportable in one click and belong to the client. Google Business Profiles are never transferred to us — we work in them as a manager, and access can be revoked at any time.
No long-term lock-in
Ongoing work is month-to-month and cancellable from the dashboard. There is no auto-renewing term, no early-termination fee, and no retention call.
Straight answers
We don't promise a ranking position on a date. If local search isn't likely to move the needle for a business, we'd rather say so on the first call than take the work.
