Intake call
A short call to confirm the business, its services, and the area it serves. We request manager access to the Google Business Profile — the profile stays owned by the client, and access can be removed at any time.
Baseline scan
We map current rankings across the service area before any work begins, so every later change has a documented "before."
Optimization
The profile is rebuilt across all 169 ranking points. For ongoing clients, the website, citations, and content schedule follow in the first month.
Reporting
Work is logged and timestamped in a client dashboard. Rank scans are re-run and compared to the baseline so progress is verifiable rather than described.

What does GridTier actually do?
We handle local search visibility for service businesses: Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO website builds, citation management, ongoing content publishing, review monitoring, and reporting. The goal is for a business to appear in Google's local results when nearby customers search for its services.
Do I have to have a Google Business Profile already?
For profile optimization work, yes — we optimize an existing, verified Google Business Profile. We don't create new profiles or complete Google's verification process on a business's behalf.
Do I keep the website you build?
Yes. Websites we build for ongoing clients are the client's to keep and can be exported from the dashboard at any time, whether or not the engagement continues. The Google Business Profile is always owned by the business — we work in it as a manager.
How long does local SEO take?
Profile changes are typically re-crawled by Google within days. Broader local SEO results — the kind driven by site content, citations, and review activity — compound over roughly the first 90 days and continue from there. We don't promise a specific ranking position on a specific date.
Are there contracts?
Ongoing services are month-to-month and can be cancelled from the client dashboard. One-time services are exactly that — one payment, no subscription.
